Introduction to Fee Plus Appointments

Fee Plus Appointment is a very powerful feature comes together with the Calendar module. Your customer can book an appointment directly from your Fee Plus business page and you can view their booking directly from the Fee Plus Business Administrator Console.

In the Appointment Booking’s wizard, customer can:

  1. Select which appointment he or she would wish to book
  2. Select which passes to be used for the appointment
  3. Select available employee to serve them
  4. Select employee’s available time slots
  5. Select available locations for the selected time slot

All of the information provided to customer when they do their appointment booking is live. Meaning Fee Plus will only show the available employee for them, the available time slot for the selected employee, and the available location for the time slot for their appointment.

If the location is being booked, or used by other event in the selected time slot, your customer will not able to select that location in the location selection page.

The options can also be restricted when your customer booking an appointment. For example, you can restrict customer to select location and allow them to book the appointment without location selection. You can then assign the location to them when you are approving their booking request in the Business Administrator Console. This restriction is also applicable to employee selection.

While for time selection, you can restrict the customer to only able to select the time slot within your business hours, or to only able to select the time slot available for the selected employee only.

To start allow your customer to make the appointment via your Fee Plus business page, first you must create appointment master record.

Sometimes your customer make an appointment with you via phone. You can also create the appointment for your customer in the Business Administrator Console yourself.

Finally, every appointment self-booking request will require your approval. You can chose to approve or reject the booking request. With this, you do not need to worry that your customer simply making an appointment booking request without prior approval or knowledge from your side.
