To enable FeePlus to connect with LHDN and validate your company\u2019s e-invoices, you\u2019ll need to add FeePlus as an intermediary in your MyInvois Portal company’s Taxpayer Profile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tip: Follow step by step, or skip ahead to the part you need.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 1: Login to your MyTax account<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Visit https:\/\/mytax.hasil.gov.my<\/a> and sign in using your credentials \u2014 typically your Identification Card Number and password.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 2: Access the MyInvois Portal<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Once signed in, click the MyInvois<\/strong> menu at the top of the MyTax main page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 3: View Your Taxpayer Profile<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Click the Profile<\/strong> icon at the top right of the MyInvois Portal, then select View Taxpayer Profile<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • If the company name shown is not the one you wish to authorize FeePlus for, click Switch Taxpayer<\/strong>. You\u2019ll be redirected to a selection page \u2014 choose the correct company and repeat Step 3.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • If the company is not listed, you\u2019ll need to add it to your MyTax account first. (Insert link to guide on adding a company to MyTax)<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Step 4: Add FeePlus as Your Intermediary<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    In your company\u2019s Taxpayer Profile page, scroll to the Representatives<\/strong> section and click Add Intermediary<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Note: If the Representatives section is empty, check that you\u2019re signed in under an Employer account or that the MyInvois Appointment Type is enabled. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Enter the following details:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Type the Captcha code and click Search<\/strong>. When you see the status Active<\/strong>, click Continue<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Step 5: Set Authorization Duration & Permissions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    • Set Representation From<\/strong> to today\u2019s date<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Set Representation To<\/strong> to 31\/12\/2030<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Toggle ON<\/strong> all permissions as shown in the screenshot below<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Click Add Intermediary<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Step 6: Confirm FeePlus Has Been Added<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      Return to your company\u2019s Taxpayer Profile in MyInvois Portal. Under the Representatives<\/strong> section, go to the Intermediaries<\/strong> tab. If you see FEE PLUS PLT<\/strong> listed, the setup is complete \u2014 FeePlus is now your authorized intermediary to validate invoices issued in FeePlus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
