Event can be created from the Calendar menu<\/a>.<\/p>\n

You can create a single instance event<\/a>, or a recurring event<\/a> base on your need. Below is the fields description and important note you need to knows to understand better how to create an event.<\/p>\n

Repeat<\/td>\nOptions:<\/span>
\nNever<\/strong> – single instance event
\nWeekly<\/strong> – Weekly recurring event<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Location<\/td>\nThe location this event will be using<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Description<\/td>\nA short description of the event<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Services<\/td>\nAdd a service if you want to:<\/p>\n

  • Show service’s stakeholders in the event participation list.<\/li>\n
  • Show service’s customers in the event participation list.<\/li>\n
  • Restrict Participation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Visibility<\/td>\nOptions:<\/strong><\/span>
\nPrivate<\/strong> – Visible only to added stakeholders, and customers.
\nOpen<\/strong> – Visible to all stakeholders and customers within a business.
\nPublic<\/strong> – Visible to everyone.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Show Join<\/td>\nAllow customer to join the event.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Required Passes to Join<\/td>\nNumber of passes required if you allow customer to join the event.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

Creating a Single Instance Event<\/h2>\n

Open up the Create Event screen, fill up the basic required field like Title, Starts, and Ends. In the Repeat field<\/strong>, select Never<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>– to repeat. Fill up the other information accordingly like Locations and Description, and click on Create<\/strong> button to save.<\/p>\n

Creating a Recurring (Weekly) Event<\/h2>\n

If you provide education service, you might need to create a weekly schedule for your service. Open the Create Event screen, fill up the basic required field like Title, Starts, and Ends. In the Repeat field<\/strong>, select Weekly<\/strong><\/span>. A Recurring Event option box will show up below the Repeat field.<\/p>\n

End Repeat<\/h4>\n

If you know the ends of the recurring event, select On Date<\/strong><\/span> in End Repeat<\/strong> field and you need to select the end date in the End Date<\/strong> field.<\/p>\n

Select Never<\/strong><\/span> if you don’t know the end date and the event will be scheduled forever. This option can be edited if one day you would like to end the event.
