Payroll in FeePlus can be accessed in the side bar menu \u2013 located in between Invoices and Financial Reports.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Create Payroll Sheet<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

  1. Click New Payroll<\/strong> button to create payroll sheet.<\/li>
  2. Select Employee<\/strong>, Period From<\/strong> and Period To<\/strong> for the payroll sheet that you wish to create.<\/li>
  3. Click Create<\/strong> button to create.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Period To<\/strong> will automatically changed when you change the Period From date \u2013 based on the duration between the original period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The default Period From<\/strong> will always is the current month. Chose the 1st day of the month that you want to create and the Period To will automatically changed to that last day of the month.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

    Create Payroll Sheet \u2013 Detailed Screen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    After you have make the selection for employee<\/strong> and the payroll sheet “period from<\/strong>” and “period to<\/strong>“, you will be shown a detailed list with each participation\u2019s description, duration, customers count, and wage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Wage will be automatically calculated if it is previously set in Service Stakeholder<\/strong> record (more details below).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    All you need to do is just to click Create Payroll<\/strong> to quickly\ncreate the payroll sheet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    However, you can still amend every fields’ value before you create this Payroll Sheet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    (1) Deselect to remove the list from payroll sheet.
    (2) Click Create Payroll<\/strong> to create.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

    Quick Payroll<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    You can\nview a list of participated employees, group by month to quickly create\nemployee payroll sheet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Just click on Quick Payroll<\/strong> button and a list of employee participations for the last 3 months (exclude current month) will be shown.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    (1) Click Create<\/strong> button to select the employee from the list.
    (2) You can load older list from this link.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

    Create Wage Record<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    To create wage record so that it is automatically calculate in the payroll sheet, first, you need to add the employee to the service\u2019s stakeholder<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    (1) Click Add<\/strong> to add Employee to the Service.
    (2) Or click Employee list to add \/edit wage record.
    (3) Or you can quickly add wage in the payroll sheet detailed screen if it is not added.
    (4) Click Create Wage Record<\/strong> link to create record. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

    Select Duration Based wage type if the employee fee is based on the duration for each event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    For Example:
    (1) RM30 fee for duration within 60 minutes.
    (2) RM50 for duration between 60 and 90 minutes. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

    For Example:
    (1) RM5 fee if no customer attend.
    (2) RM30 if 1 or 2 customers attend.
    (3) RM50 if 3 or 4 customers attend.
    (4) RM60 if 5 or 6 customers attend. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

    Print Payroll Sheet<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Payroll\nsheet can be printed for documentation purpose.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    After you have created a new payroll sheet for your employee, you can click into the record and view the payroll sheet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Click the Print<\/strong> button to preview and print the payroll sheet. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

    Edit and Delete Payroll\nSheet<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    To edit\npayroll sheet, open the payroll sheet that you want to edit from the list and\nclick Options<\/strong> -> Edit<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    While, the delete button is located inside the drop-down Options<\/strong> button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nOnce you delete the payroll sheet, you cannot\nrecall or undo this action. Create new payroll sheet again from New Payroll<\/strong>\nor Quick Payroll<\/strong> buttons if you would like to recreate the payroll\nsheet.\n\n\n\n<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

    Troubleshooting<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    No Service Found<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    When you\ntry to create a payroll sheet, you encounter this message and you cannot find\nthe usual Add wage record<\/strong> link to create wage record.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    This\nproblem occurred because there is no service associate with the event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    To solve this problem, go to the affected event, edit it, and under Services, click Add<\/strong> button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Select the related Service, and the necessary options and click Save<\/strong> button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Rerun the payroll sheet again and you will see Add wage record<\/strong> now.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
